From a Chiropractic Beginning to a Complete Community Health Clinic
Lyndhurst Chiropractic Clinic began in 2008 with a simple belief shared by husband‑and‑wife team Matt and Zoë Garfath: that people deserve healthcare that is personal, unrushed, ethical and free from scare tactics and hard selling.
Matt and Zoë built the clinic on strong clinical foundations—hands‑on expertise, evidence‑based treatment, and a commitment to helping people move better, feel better, and live better. What started as a small chiropractic practice quickly became known for its friendly atmosphere, thoughtful care, and the sense that every patient was treated as an individual, not a number.
As the clinic grew, so did the needs of the community. Patients were asking for more joined‑up support. Care that didn’t stop at spinal health but extended to the wider picture of everyday wellbeing. Matt and Zoë listened and in 2018 moved the clinic to it’s current location in Coopers Yard, Lyndhurst.
Expanding Our Vision
Recognising that true health is multi‑layered, the clinic began to evolve. First came The Hearing Clinic Hampshire, providing hearing assessments, wax removal, and ongoing support for those wanting to stay connected to the world around them.
Then came Forest Foot Care, offering expert routine foot care for all ages.
Each new service was chosen with intention: to complement the hands‑on chiropractic roots while building a broader approach to health. The clinic’s ethos remained the same — kindness, clarity, and clinical integrity — but the scope widened to meet the real needs of local people.
Today: A Full Health Clinic for Lyndhurst and the New Forest
Now proudly operating as a multidisciplinary health clinic, Lyndhurst Chiropractic Clinic brings together a growing team of practitioners who share Matt and Zoë’s values. Whether someone comes in for back pain, hearing support, foot care, or general wellbeing, they receive the same warm welcome and high standard of care.
The clinic continues to invest in new services, new expertise, and new ways to support the community. More offerings are already in development, all designed to help patients access trusted, professional healthcare close to home.
