We were thrilled when Mike Lord, golf professional at New Forest Golf Club, came to show off his latest trophy!
Mike has been working with us here at the clinic since he started at Lyndhurst and we were determined this year would be his best yet. We created a bespoke exercise plan focusing on Mike’s core and flexibility and we were very happy to leave the technical aspects of his game to him!
“I’ve been working with Matt at Lyndhurst Chiro Clinic with the aim of regaining my fitness, having had a 10 month break from exercise due to an eye injury. As a Professional golfer and not getting any younger, l needed expert advice on how to proceed carefully avoiding any further injury.
After an initial assessment, Matt put together a relevant program and over several weeks my fitness returned enabling me to return to full strength. I am happy to say the hard work we both put in together resulted in me winning a recent Professional tournament, unthinkable several weeks ago.
