About Us

Chiropractic Treatment in Lyndhurst and the New Forest

At Lyndhurst Chiropractic Clinic, we offer a comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal care.  We draw on a wide range of therapies to support recovery and comfort. These include joint manipulation and mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques, massage, instrument-assisted therapy, acupuncture (dry needling), taping, and tailored exercise programmes for home or gym use.

Our clinic, based in the heart of the New Forest, serves patients from Lyndhurst and surrounding areas. We understand that effective care begins with a clear discussion of treatment options. Research shows that outcomes improve when therapies are selected collaboratively—based on your needs, preferences, and clinical presentation.

Beyond hands-on treatment, we believe in helping you understand what your symptoms mean for the future. In most cases, the spine is far more resilient than people realise. If there is a genuine cause for concern, we will explain clearly what to monitor and what steps to take. However, such cases are uncommon, and we are often able to reassure patients that their discomfort is short-term and highly responsive to chiropractic care.

We have on-site parking, convenient opening hours, on-line booking, a comfortable waiting room, a great relationship with local GPs and access to X-ray, MRI and ultrasound imaging.

Still not sure if we are right for you? We would love to meet you for a free-of-charge chat about what is going on and where you want to get to. Give us a ring and we will find a convenient time for you to drop in.

According to the UK General Chiropractic Council, our statutory regulating body:

“Chiropractors are qualified health professionals who can assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, such as back and neck pain, minor sports injuries and sciatica. Chiropractic treatment can be beneficial for a number of reasons; relieving symptoms of pain and discomfort, improving mobility and reducing disability associated with muscle and joint problems.

Before starting treatment, a chiropractor will assess your symptoms to determine if chiropractic treatment is right for you and your condition, and what techniques are most likely to help. Chiropractors are trained to recognise when chiropractic treatment will not help a medical condition and will make a referral to your General Practitioner or another healthcare professional, if necessary.”

Chiropractors are regulated by the GCC and all of our chiropractors are members of the British Chiropractic Association.
